The Process

INITIAL MEETING - SALES
Once you have contacted us you will meet with one of our knowledgeable sales staff to discuss the specifics of your project. Taking into consideration the client’s vision of the signage, the job site requirements, signage sizing and illumination needs our salesperson would then recommend the product(s) to best suit your individual needs. The next step is translating this vision into a functional signage design.

DESIGN
At this stage logos, building elevations and creative ideas are integrated in to your project as our design department creates a series of designs specific to your project. This includes height and width of the signage, a mock up of how the signage will look on the building / wall or various location of installation, and detail on how the signage will be installed.

APPROVALS & PERMITTING
Upon completion of the design stage your design will be priced and the quotations prepared.  Once the quotations are prepared a second meeting will be scheduled to discuss our proposal in detail and any revisions or questions will be addressed. After the designs and pricing have been approved we will work with the property manager to obtain the proper approvals. In the event that a signage permit is required we handle all stages in this process on your behalf to obtain city approval. Once all of the required approvals and permits are in place we then proceed with production of your signage.

PRODUCTION
Based on the client approved artwork we then use the appropriate department(s) at our manufacturing facility to build your custom signage. The production departments include: Sheetmetal, Paint Booth, Channelume, CNC Router Table, and Plastics / Vinyl. Upon completion of production the installation of your signage will be scheduled.

INSTALLATION
Around the same time we schedule an installation date, we will provide you with the specifications for your electrician to provide the service wiring to the sign. Further, we will work with you to meet all safety requirements and if required will even work around your hours of operation to minimize the impact on your business. Once the signage is installed your electrician will make the final electrical connection and your new signage will be fully operational.

We take pride in our product, so all of our signs come with a full one year parts and labor warranty. Whether it is before or after sales service you require, our staff are here to help you with your signage needs.
