Our Services

General Information

At Neon Contractors we offer a unique mix of cutting edge products and technology with old world craftsmanship. Our holistic approach to sign manufacturing means we can provide a level of customization not available through the majority of our competitors.

With recent changes in technology our industry has witnessed a movement from Neon tubing to durable energy-efficient LED illumination for our individual letters and smaller fascia signs. LED technology provides a great alternative to Neon tubing with lower energy consumption and lower service costs. Existing Neon illuminated signs can easily be refit to the new LED technology, feel free to contact our experienced and knowledgeable sales staff to find out more.

All of our signs come with a full one year parts and labor warranty. Whether it is before or after sales service you require, our staff are here to help you with your signage needs.

Pixel Matrix – The pixel pitch is the total number of pixels used in an LED message centre. The higher the pixel matrix is in a given dimension, the higher the resolution of the image.

Pixel Pitch – Pixel pitch is the physical distance between the pixels in a message centre. Pixel pitch will vary based on the desired viewing distance.
