Leasing, Approvals & Permits


We are proud to provide In-house Leasing for all of our products. Our Leasing package includes all service costs relating to the repair and maintenance of the electrical components such as lamps, ballasts, neon tubing, sockets and wiring for the duration of the agreement. If leasing a rotating pylon sign, our lease will also cover the maintenance and annual service of the rotator and belts.

Once we have received approval on your new design and quotation we can work with your Landlord or Property Management Group to obtain the proper approvals required to install your new signage. We have built strong relationships with many of the top Property Management Groups and Developers in Alberta which will help streamline the design and approval process.


We can assist you with the various applications associated with permits. Once you provide us with the following documents, we will help you with everything else, from applications to fees. We take care of it all to make sure your project proceeds smoothly. A typical application will require the following:

   • A letter of authorization for permit application ( we will provide our standard letter template to be completed and printed onto letterhead ).

   • Copy of Site Plan including north arrow, property lines, curbs and orientation of building on the site

   • A Legal Description of the property along with municipal address

   • Copy of elevation drawings
